Da tempo avevamo un "sogno nel cassetto": un acasa in Toscana, quella Toscana che tutti conoscono nel mondo...

Nelle nostre ricerche, abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere l'Agenzia volterracasa.it nella persona del Titolare Signor Francesco Creatini: Ci ha accolto nella stupenda città di Volterra facendoci sentire già a casa ...Bellissimo!!!! Abbiamo apprezzato la sua attenzione nell'ascoltare ed elaborare le richieste di ciò che noi avevamo in mente, proponendoci solo poche soluzioni mirate, tra le quali l'immobile adatto a noi!

Poi, con tanta disponibilità, visto che la pratica era a distanza, ha gestito la trattativa e tutti i vari piccoli aspetti che man mano si venivano creando, fino ad arrivare alla stipula dell'atto.

Che dire della nostra esperienza? Sinceramente, non pensavamo, dopo la prima visita, di riuscire a trovare quello che sognavamo, ma Francesco ha fatto Centro! Ed in più, oltre a trovare un professionista nel settore immobiliare, abbiamo trovato un ragazzo molto alla mano, di quelli che ti mettono subito a tuo agio.

I was lucky to buy a house through Volterracasa. Francesco, the owner and agent, made the whole experience almost seamless. From the outset, he was extremely efficient and professional, and could be relied upon to provide all the information I needed in a timely fashion. There were no hidden fees, no last minute surprises - everything went exactly according to plan. The deal was concluded rapidly, and he assisted me through the entire contract process, all the way to the sale itself. Once the deal was closed, Francesco did not simply move on to other clients: even though he no longer had any financial stakes in our relationship, he helped me with all sorts of things, from switching utilities contracts to making his own house available as temporary storage for our belongings. He offered the friendliest and most amazing customer service one can think of. And it is a true pleasure to see him every time I am in Volterra. Highly recommended.
